Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fleepzon Softech, we value transparency and fairness in our dealings with clients. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for project cancellations and refunds. By engaging with our services, clients agree to the following policy:

1. Advance Payment

• Clients are required to pay 55% of the final project price as an advance to initiate the project.
• The remaining balance is payable upon project delivery or as otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Window & Refunds

• Within 78 hours of advance payment: 100% refund of the advance amount (if approved),Than Refund within 6-8 business days.
• Between 78 and 115 hours: 95% refund of the advance amount (if approved),Than Refund within 6-8 business days.
• After 115 hours: No cancellation permitted; the project must be delivered, and the balance must be paid.

3. Post-Delivery Policy

Once the project is delivered, the remaining balance must be paid immediately (via cash, online transfer, or agreed method). After delivery, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained.

4. Client Misconduct

If a client engages in misbehavior, abuse, or any type of criminal activity toward Fleepzon Softech employees, management, or CEO:

• Fleepzon Softech reserves the right to terminate services immediately.
• No refund will be issued.
• Legal action may be taken as per applicable law.

5. Legal Compliance

This policy shall be governed by applicable laws. In case of disputes, Fleepzon Softech reserves the right to pursue legal remedies including filing an FIR or police complaint.
