At Fleepzon Softech, we deliver only digital services and solutions such as web development, Android app development, and related IT services. Therefore, our shipping and exchange policy is defined as follows:

1. Shipping / Delivery of Services

• All deliverables (such as project files, applications, source code, and documentation) are delivered digitally through email, secure cloud storage, or agreed platforms.
• Clients will be notified once the project is ready and provided with access to the deliverables.
• Delivery timelines are communicated during project confirmation. Delays, if any, will be discussed in advance.

2. Exchange Policy (Revisions & Modifications)

• Since our services are digital and custom-built, physical exchange is not applicable.
• However, clients are entitled to reasonable revisions or modifications as agreed in the project scope.
• Any requests outside the original scope will be treated as new work and charged separately.

3. Non-Exchangeable Deliverables

• Once a project is delivered and accepted, it cannot be exchanged for another service.
• Source code, software, or digital files once shared are considered final deliverables.

4. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables promptly upon receipt.
• Any issues or revision requests must be raised within the specified review period communicated in the agreement.
